Using the site
The site is free to use for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't try to disrupt it, overload it with automated requests, get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Estimates, not financial advice
Money Anvil's calculators and guides are for general information and planning. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions on the methodology page, and they will differ from the figures a lender, servicer or tax authority gives you. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, or a recommendation to take out or refinance any loan. Before making a financial decision, check the official figures (such as a lender's Loan Estimate) and consider talking to a qualified professional.
Not a lender
Money Anvil is not a lender, broker or financial adviser. We don't offer, arrange or quote credit, and we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any lender, Freddie Mac, the Federal Reserve or any government agency. Average rates are shown for reference only and aren't an offer of a rate.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We work to keep it correct, but you use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, QRCat, LLC and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data, savings or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it, even if we were told such loss was possible. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law permits.

The site links to and uses information from other organizations. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
